Chesapeake Medical currently has the standard pre-cut splint blanks available. In addition, we currently have an inventory of over 200 pre-cut splint blank dies. Our Staff has the capability to produce pre-cut splint blanks from any of our seven low temperature thermoplastic materials and are available in either smooth or perforated. If we do not have the exact shape or size that you are looking for, send us a drawing of your pattern, to scale, and we will be happy to have a die made to meet your exact specifications using our Pre-Cut Splint Pattern Program. Significant savings of your time and money. We absorb all the scrap loss. You only pay for the cost of the pattern.
